About Gabriel

Gabriel Blackburn is a recent graduate from the Full Sail University Recording Arts Program.

 

He graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree and is the recipient of the Director’s Choice Award for Fundamentals in Music Business for his graduating class.

Gabriel credits his family with giving him the gift of music before he could even form words, and he learned early on the power of this gift.

 

Throughout his elementary, middle, and high school career, Gabriel devoted countless hours to Concert, Marching, Jazz, and Wind Symphony Bands, learning to play the Alto Saxophone and some drums. He also has taken keyboarding and guitar lessons. However, singing has always been Gabriel’s passion.

Music has the ability to touch souls and change lives. It can inspire movements and comfort the broken-hearted. It can lift the spirits of a person in the pit of despair and revitalize someone running on fumes and ready to crash.

 

Music is transformative–not just the lyrics, but also the chords and harmonies that are layered to set a tone and create a mood. Gabriel aspires to master every step of musical creation.
